Thank you for your letter concerning TV Bathroom Tissue. We
are sorry you felt cheated, however, TV brand products are in
no way related to TV Guide. Enclosed is a coupon to reimburse
you for the product.

It is unusual to have this type of complaint about TV brand
products as they are top quality and are equal or superior
quality to nationally advertised brands. They are an excellent
choice where appearance, texture and uniformity of size are
important. TV brands are available in a wide variety of
grocery, dairy, frozen and meat items.

Mr. Theimpaler, we appreciate your taking time to let us know
about this unfortunate matter. It's the concerned consumer who
can help us maintain the high quality standards we continually
strive to bring our customers. I hope you will take this

On Sat., Sept. 27, Vlad’s downtown penthouse was visited by two rep-
resentatives of the "Flaming" Co. They carried a clipboard with xerox
copies of his letter and Fleming Co.'s letter of apology. They were
disappointed not to find him home, but contented themselves by ques-
tioning his nephew Steve. They were there to confirm that Vlad had
gotten the company's letter and free coupon; they were concerned about
where Vlad had gotten the T.V. Toilet Paper in the first place (it
isn't sold west of Utah, they explained). Steve told them he thought
it had been bought in the So. Cal. mountain community of Idyllwild.
They wondered where Vlad was from. Steve told them Romania. At Steve's
insistance, Dave Bancroft left his business card so Vlad could call
him and help straighten things out. Their conversation will be recorded.
