products. All complaints are charged to the responsible plant manager,
and if the complaint is valid, a concerted effort is made to correct the
problem. Therefore, we are extremely concerned to receive so many
letters from you regarding dissatisfaction with our products.

Because of your numerous complaints, we will be unable to honor your
request for replacement or refund unless the package(s) and remaining
contents are returned for analysis in our laboratories. Should you wish
to return the product, we'll be happy to analyze it and reimburse you for
your purchase price and postage if the product does not meet our high
quality standards.
